The IRIWP Cognitive Lifestyle Mind-Body Interactive Training (CLiMB IT™)

The IRIWP Cognitive Lifestyle Mind-Body Interactive Training (CLiMB IT™) is a mindfulness interactive training program and workshop that is used to develop attention and awareness on mindful eating, breathing, drinking, movement, thinking, rest, self-care and social sharing.

CLiMB IT aims to foster self-awareness by creating and maintaining a lifestyle that is more conscious, deliberate, and less reactive and physically harmful. The focus of the CLiMB IT model is on lifestyle mindfulness interventions that target weight loss, stress, anxiety reduction,  chronic disease management and optimal lifestyle development.

CLiMB IT interventions achieve a state of mindfulness by direct mindful lifestyle practices including eating, drinking, resting and sleeping and engaging in a prescribed set of  mindful movements,  postures,  and breathing exercises.

Food Book

At the IRIWP we know that Food is medicine. IRIWP provides demonstrations and workshops on weight loss and food preparation techniques discussed in our Food Book. Please contact us using the form below for a Food Book demonstration or workshop at your event:

In our book, FOOD, an Origami Transformation™ we outline a 30-day plan with pre-set food selections, all the while taking into consideration precise food combinations.  It is best to think of this book as a plan for life and wellness, not a “diet” plan. It is a starting place for a new way to think about food, what you eat, why you eat it, when you eat, and how you prepare food.

FOOD, an Origami Transformation™ is a consumer’s map for how to begin the journey and stay on the road to wellness and prevention.  It is intended as a guide to the miracle of the biochemistry of life and how to appreciate and enjoy the gift of food.

Smart Phone Wellness Navigation

The purpose of The Wellness Navigator (WeNa) is to provide convenient mobile tools to help assess, monitor and correct lifestyle risks associated with poor fitness and poor health.

Ten factors (food, supplements, drink, move, mind, wear, space, rest, self-care, and social) are included in the wellness navigator as contributing to overall health and wellbeing. Tracking these lifestyle components can help identify areas of strength as well as those that need improvement.

Medical biometrics based on the gas discharge visualization (GDV) technique has been used in medicine to monitor the patients and compare their natural electro-photonic emission before and after surgeries, cancer treatments, energy healing, physiotherapy, and many other conditions. Previous findings using GDV have demonstrated the potential capability of the GDV technique to identify the deviation from the normal functional status during the early stages of disease development as well as to monitor a transition from a disease state to normal functional state.

Gas Discharge Visualisation (Electrophotonic Imaging) makes a bridge between Western Scientific and Medical approach and Ancient Oriental wisdom. It is based on the notion of Energy Meridians and Energy Fields, in using the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic Medicine.

IRIWP recognizes the potential of the GDV analysis as a non-invasive first level of a diagnostic process, which allows health practitioners to develop a strategy of the further analyses and treatment.

IRIWP provides demonstrations and workshops on GDV analysis at international conferences and special events. For more information see summary research above and contact us for a demonstration or workshop at your event:
